The Círculo Industrial is an institution created in 1868 by the industrial bourgeoisie of Alcoy. It is a building whose façade - in a modernist style with a certain Viennese influence - was designed by Timoteo Briet in 1904.
Inside there are different decorated spaces in which the Sezession, Art Deco and Art Nouveau styles are present, and the Library, the Long Hall and the Rotunda Hall, under which we find the Grotto (built by V. Pascual in 1896), stand out.

This is undoubtedly one of Alcoy\'s most emblematic private buildings, reflecting the city\'s economic boom at the beginning of the 20th century. This Modernista-style house was built between 1908 and 1909 by the architect Vicente Pascual Pastor, with the collaboration of one of Alcoy\'s greatest 19th-century painters, Fernando Cabrera Cantó, who used it as his studio.
The façade features ironwork on the windows and balconies, a mosaic finish, a peacock on the door lintels - hence the name of the house - and cast-iron handles.
